Chocolate work
Hi all, here are a few photos of some of my chocolate work. I have done some marbled shards one one wedding cake, plain white chocolate shards for another, and another popular choice is a chocolate box. These are hollow inside, and you fill them with your favourite chocolates and lollies, then seal the lid on. Then you decorate the box according.
It is then smashed like a piñata by the bride and groom, or the birthday person. They are a great idea and lots of fun. And also a couple of other fun cakes decorated with chocolate.

Thanks so much everyone. I teach chocolate making classes and they are always popular. It’s messy and tasty but so much fun!
