Hi, my name is Christine. I am 41 years old. I am a self-taught cake artist. But i just love baking in general and have a real passion for all things sweet. Love to learn new recipes and new techniques! Ive been doing it on and off for 15 years now. The reason its on and off is because I have 3 beautiful boys and a man to take care of!
I made my first ever cake for my middle son Jake , when he was 3. It was a long neck dinosaur, unfortunately I no longer have a photo of it, but he loved the cake and I havent stopped caking since.
Ive learnt a lot over the years, especially from communities like this which are very helpful.
At the moment I am just making cakes for family and friends and practicing new techniques as much as I can!
As my children are growing older I hope to make more and more cakes!
