I have always admired well decorated cakes. In 2011, my daughter enrolled me in the Wilton's classes as a mother's day gift. Since then, I have seen a lot of videos, read books and read online tutorials. My favorite thing to do is gum paste flowers. Most are done using templates. My family enjoys the free cakes for family birthdays and I enjoy decorating them. It's a win win.
