Could you try adding notifier@cakesdecor.com into your contacts? Some email clients are just TOO strict with the handling of spam/junk.

I just literally talked about this in the “losing followers” post. I lost the ability to receive notification emails for about 1/2 a day today, then inexplicably, it came back a few hours later….So guess there was a little glitch in the system???

Sometimes Facebook goes down when they are working on the system also. I don’t know if this is the situation here or not???

Yes I have had this too!!! Happened to me a few weeks ago!! I have tried everything, it still says cake decor is on my list to receive and I haven’t blocked them but just don’t get them!! Michal was very good and tried to look into it for me but he said his notification was my email is sending them back as spam, I just don’t understand why. I am waiting for when my son is home from university to see if he can help fix it for me because I am useless with computers!! Makes me sad too, please can you let me know if you find out how to resolve it!! Thanks :-) x
