Foxylicious Cakes by Zoe Fox

Hi everyone!

I am Zoe Fox hence the name Foxylicious Cakes!

I am a mum of two young girls and started to make cakes for their birthdays. I began to start making more cakes for family and friends, but decided in 2013 to actually take the leap and open as a business. Since then i entered into Cake International 2013 which was my first ever competition and knew nothing about the show or its rules etc (i obviously like to go in blind with a challenge!!) I entered my pinhead cake which was awarded a merit but was told if i covered my board i would of got a higher award. Bit gutted but took it as experience. I then entered my room on the broom gravity defying cake into another competition early 2014 where i won gold. I was so pleased as i felt my skills have developed. I am looking forward to competing more as i love a good challenge!

I am completely self taught but recently started to attend some classes with those cake artists i admire to gain some expert knowledge and hopefully will continue to do so.

I have always been quite creative but never found something i enjoyed and could try and make a career out of, but now i feel i have found it and its a constant challenge but so exciting all in one go!
