I live in Quebec, Canada and I am the mother of 4 amazing kids. I discovered cake decorating many years ago when I started making cakes for my children’s birthdays. Since that time, my interest in decorating cakes has grown into a passion for cake design and the creation of beautiful cakes that mark special occasions in a memorable and unique way. Just saw your reply Mira….can’t take credit for the “impeccable” French….I cheated. I used google translator, or else my reply would have been all gobbly goop…. I have a special place in my heart for Quebec, especially Quebec City…where I got engaged….1977…yikes
