In 2010 I moved back to NY after 20 years in LA. In 2011 I decided to try cupcake decorating out of no where. I asked my cousin (who was a beginner cake decorator) to join me and we got started. I hoped for a career change but Im not quite there yet. So I continue to teach math by day in the Bronx NY and bake by night with my cousin. We are both self taught and often things go horribly wrong but we keep trying. We work out of long island NY. We are having a great time. We have learned so much from our cake idols Veena and Violet!! We hope cakesdecor will help us to meet more wonderful bakers and grow our skill.
