It's been a while...
Hi everyone, sorry I haven’t posted in a while but it’s been a bit of an emotional time for our family right now. My son fought really hard last year to beat 3rd stage lymphatic cancer and after 16 rounds of chemo and 3 weeks of radiation, we discovered that last week the cancer has returned aggressively and is back to 3rd stage already (in just 8 weeks). So, although I’ve been really busy in my kitchen I just haven’t had time to do much admin. He’s having really strong chemo now and with lots of prayers for a miracle we are hoping this time it will work. He’s such an amazing young man and has helped me so much on some of my cakes with the most amazing toppers – I really miss his help right now but he needs to focus on getting better so he can get married to his fiance to whom he proposed just 10 days ago. So please forgive me if I don’t post as often as I used to – I am still a great fan of CakesDecor and will continue to be.
I’ve just managed to post a few cakes and in between I will post more as there have been a lot of cakes leaving my kitchen.
