Hi all, this is Ashwini from Bangalore, India. I’m a home baker and just kicked off my baking business around 3 months back. I’m not a certified baker and learnt basic baking from a friend but most of the things I have learnt are mostly self-taught. The wonderful creations which can be done using cakes made me fall so much in love with them, that I decided to change my career completely and take the baking path without a second thought.
