help! waffer paper cake decorating

Hi everyone, I was asked to do the attached cake, but I don’t know if waffer/rice paper is used and how it is done. Can somebody help me out? ….

Yes, it is decorated in layers of wafer paper…….ive never used it, but, maybe google it and look on youtube for tutorials xx ;-)

They have this tutorial on Pretty Witty Cakes site but its called rice paper flowers
