I live in the small but beautiful country of Uruguay. Baking has always been my passion, I considered myself to be self-taught, however this has not emepeded my progress. Internet has been my best teacher, and I cannot believe how many cakes I bake a week!. What started as a hobby is a full time job now, and I am proud of it!
