Intro
Hi everyone,
I am fairly new to the world of cake baking aside from the birthday cakes for the kids over the years and now that I have retired I have been trying to learn some new techniques, tips, and tricks. Though I am sure I will never rise to the category of cake bakers I see on this site, it is good to know where to go for ideas and questions. Love the site.

Hi Cyndi, good to see you here. I’m still quite new to caking, baking for friends and family at the moment. I feel the same as you when I see some of the amazing creations on here, and I hope one day I’ll develop a fraction action of those skills :)
