I recently relocated from Rockland County, NY to Tampa, Florida so I am in the process of establishing my business in “The Sunshine State” now. The heat hasn’t been too bad. I haven’t had a problem with my cakes yet as long as I cool the car for awhile there fine. I do get nervous once I’m out of the car and find myself rushing to get the cake in AC again though! Lol
