Thank you Danielle. This was the first cake I made after taking the 3 Wilton courses so I guess this is not officially my first cake.. LOL
The lily was my first attempt at fondant flowers. I really don’t do many of them. See I see all the flaws with my first cake

The one on the left was one of my very first birthday cakes for my own son this was 8yrs ago now, i have had no training at all.

Here’s my 1st: Done for a colleagues birthday. 2nd time using fondant. Also no training…figured if I could roll out pastry, I could roll out fondant…went for it..
