Galyna's edible art

Hi everyone!
My name is Galyna and I live in Australia with my wonderful husband and three beautiful children. I am a busy stay at home mother who is also a self taught baker. Cake decorating, for me, had started off as nothing but a simple little hobby that had began when I bought some cake decorating books so that I would be able to make some lovely cakes for my children’s and husband’s birthdays. As my skill and love for cake decorating grew I slowly began to offer my services to other family members and then slowly friends as well, all of which had recommended that I consider starting a business. At the time the idea hadn’t been som that I had thought about a lot but as my passion for cake decorating grew I decided that it would be a great idea to do something that I love for a living. My family are all very supportive of me, giving me space when I need it and criticisms on my work when I ask for it, helping me to become better every day. They are also my taste testers (which is why we have a ‘no caramel mudcake’ policy after I got them to try numerous recipes within a short period of time) :)

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has given me feedback and encouragement on my cakes, I think of you all as family and take into consideration all that you say to me to become a better cake decorator.
