is anyone out there other then me, have a computer covered in powder sugar? lol

Hi Sam! I like to watch things too while i decorate and i listen to the radio.I have a samsung tablet to use in the kitchen so theres no keys for the sugar or anything to get into! I still have to be careful not to get it wet, its had a few splashes and its fine. I would really recommend one! :-)

Can’t say that my computer is covered in powdered sugar but I seem to get powdered sugar all over the kitchen every time I use it. That & flour on the counter & floor no matter how careful I am.

haha christine maybe one day i will be abile to get one that would be great! Goretie powder sugar is everywhere in my kitchen too. I will be cleaning and find it in places that i didnt even know were there.Thanks to both of you for joining in this was my first forum in here.

Hi, I’m new too – just looking for a topic where I can just say hi! I like to watch movies on my iPad whilst I’m making and when I look back at past projects I still know which movie it was I was watching at the time. I try not to mix my genres lol so if I’m making pretty girly toppers I won’t watch a crime thriller.

I sometimes have my IPad mini on a stand looking at a recipe, tutorial or video…there have been a few times it got splashed with batter or icing sugar…luckily….no real damage…phew…….. :o)

hmm i guess its only me that has a sugary computer them. :)

Hi Samantha, I use my daughter’s tablet when I need to follow a youtube tutorial otherwise I don’t use the computer at all while decorating. However like Goreti, I always seem to get icing sugar and cornfour all over my kitchen every time I am doing any cake decorating!!!!!

Feel better now. I thought it was me who couldn’t seem to keep flour & icing sugar off the counter & floor. I start out with so much confidence that this will be the one time I will keep everything clean and fail time after time after time. Almost forgot, I end up wearing flour too. lol

Well, I made 2 batches of icing the other day for a couple of upcoming cakes. And hubby was not impressed that there was icing sugar all over the counter and the floor!!! So guess I’m guilty too……
