Sparkle tier for wedding cake
Hi, I wonder if I could ask for some help please. Can anyone tell me the best way to do a sparkle tier on a wedding cake. I want it to look like white sparkling sugar rather than sequins. Do I just use sanding sugar adhered with piping gel? Thank you in anticipation. Anne

Yes, you can use sanding sugar with piping gel.
