Did anyone have trouble not eating your cake or frosting while making it when starting out? Or is this just me? Lol how do you not eat it?
I did in the beginning. But after a few years, I’m not interested in cake scrapes. I’m just a hobby baker, so I don’t make that many cakes. If I’m tempted to eat, I dump the cake scrapes right into my compost bin outside. Gone…out of sight!!

I figured after awhile it is not appealing and you don’t crave it. I sure hope so or I will have problems! Lol
I’ve reached the point where the only thing I can’t resist is dark chocolate ganache! :P Oh and cookie dough!
Heaven in paper cups!
Sorry but 40 years on still eating it 😄x
I am not a big fan of sweets, but I love buttercream! I find myself nibbling on the left over buttercream after a project. Not the best habit to form, but I figure a tablespoon won’t hurt. Lol
