Hello, I just joined this wonderful community. Thank you so much! I have been baking and decorating cakes for over 40 years, started when my mom had a cake business in my native Puerto Rico. She enrolled me in private cake decorating classes at 15 years of age. You know my age now! Baking is my favorite pastime when I can get to it. I look foward to sharing and enjoying this community of bakers and decorators.
