Greetings from Austin!

Hi! First of all let me just say WOW!, to all the talented cake artists on here. I am absolutely in awe of all the beautiful creations on here.
My name is Yvonne and I am a professional baker and pastry maker. I have just recently, discovered my love of cake decorating. Decorating was not covered in depth when I went to culinary school, so I basically learned how to torte, crumb coat and frost a cake. We also learned basic fondant as well. I am starting my own home based business and am trying to get my decorating skills up to speed, so that my cakes will look as good as they taste. I feel so privileged to be included into this great community and would welcome any tips and critiques that you guys might have for me.
