I just spent an hour cutting parchment collars for this week’s cakes, and I kept thinking there has to be an easier way (other than running out and buying deeper pans). Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a reusable cake collar, and if so, where can I get them? Or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and shell out for new pans?
What about the silicon cookie sheet liners? You could cut them length ways?
I haven’t tried it myself but they’re pretty sturdy so they should stay upright like the paper… And you can wash them.
