Could it be the Patchwork trellis embosser?

I don’t think so. It seems like polka dots mat or something similar, but I can’t find something that could fit :/

I think it looks like the effect shown on this tutorial http://nyccakegirl.com/2011/08/16/how-to-decorate-a-sweet-wedding-cake-really-this-is-a-step-by-step/. According to the directions, it is Lucite florescent lighting cover.

I’s very similar but a lighting cover??? OMG :)

I know-not sure how I feel about that. Kind of grosses me out. lol
