Angela from A Slice of Happiness

Hi my name is Angela and I have a facebook page called A Slice of Happiness. I live in Hampshire in the UK. I also have 3 children (10 year old twin sons and a 3 year old daughter)

I make cakes for friends and family and one day hope to set up a small business from home….once I have my confidence and a new kitchen. I started baking about 18 months ago after a long illness as something to fill time and I am addicted. I love everything about it. I cannot believe how many uber talented people are out there, I find inspiration everyday.

Looking forward to finding out more about the super talented bakers and decorators on here.

Hope they turn out well. The design shown is the easier of the two – you can do the ‘curly’ version (where the line wraps around on the ball) the same way if you want to do a mix of balls :-) They’re great because you can also do two different flavour cakes in one, and add jam in the middle too etc – so many options!!! Hope your mum and dad enjoy them x
