This is a cake I made for my ex boss of many years ago. A man who is a HUGE Harley Davidson fan! This cake is a big surprise for his 63rd birthday along with some cupcakes I made for him too. Such a great boss to work for – why aren’t I working for him anymore – well ’cause I make cakes and he is a property developer :-) He develops property and I develop cakes – Such a change in my working career but oh so worth it! He taught me so much in the time I worked for him and a lot of my “business” admin skills I learnt in his business, I now use in my own cake business – organisation is key and keep on top of everything.
