A few weeks ago I attended a workshop with the amazing Margie Carter at the cake decorating company,here is what we learnt 😀 my first carved and structure cake,I had so much fun learning this and loved every minute of it. It’s really given me the “buzz” to do more structure cakes and also the confidence too!
