This was my first carousel cake which I made for a little girl`s christening. I followed Paul Bradford`s fantastic carousel tutorial, although I didn`t have all the moulds and cutters he used so I adapted it a bit.
Two horses broke!! Thankfully this was before the christening and I`d made spare (I was so relieved that I`d made spare!) so I had time to fix it. And when my friend collected it, she begged me to go with her to set it up as she didn`t trust herself not to drop it! We got it there in one piece! Of course now I`ve made it I can see LOADS of faults……just need someone to order another one now so I can make it better next time xx
