Stained Glass

Here is my first attempt at a stained glass effect cake, a technique I’ve been wanting to try for ages. Inside a very rich and dark chocolate cake with my kids favourite chocolate orange ganache. Sometimes I find it helpful to try out something new on the family first, but if know it’s not always possible. Thanks for looking :)
