I know, I know it’s another black and white cake but I like to practice as much as possible and I always try to make a cake for my family at the weekend if I have time and this week I did. The first painting I did is actually on the back of this cake, I surrounded the lady with sugar flowers but my husband didn’t like it so I asked for a second opinion from my good friend Linasari who gave me some advice, I tried to save the first painting after removing the flowers but I still wasn’t happy so I decided to use the other side as it’s only my family eating this cake so it didn’t really matter hehe.
I think it turned out better with just the painting and no sugar flowers anywhere. I used a photograph for reference for the painting.
