I made this cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday…she really loves cats!
The cake is a classic sacher cake with apricot jam filling and chocolate ganache frosting. The cat is made out of fondant (not the bow), the cake is hand painted.
She enjoyed the cake…what about you???
