Looking for realistic fondant sculpture classes, anywhere????

I want to advance my fondant sculpture skills and is looking for a advance course to master the art. I would like to make sculpture people, animal, things to look realistic. Do you know of any class. It doesn’t matter where it is ( USA, Italy, Europe, etc) Please let me know.

hi, My favorite cake sculptors Karen Portaleo, Mike McCarey and Bronwen Weber. They are all USA based and they teach sculpting classes. There is also a school called Mother of Cakes in Pennsylvannia and they feature a lot of great cake artist who teach in their school…hope this info helps…

You can also try Craftsy.com – they are not on-site sculpting classes, but their videos are fabulous.
