Magnificent Bangladesh: Dacca Lady in Muslin Cloth

This is my second time participation in this prestigious international collaboration for my country.Yes I am talking about the Magnificent cake art collaboration part-2 held in 2021 June 13. My subject is Dhaka’s traditional Muslin cloth wearing lady. I get this inspiration from an 18th century British Artist’s painting of a Dacca Lady wearing Muslin cloth. From my childhood I read about Muslin cloth; I heard that muslin cloth can be fit in a match box, which is always fascinating. So, I found out it is a great subject to showcase in sugar art for this collaboration. It will represent Bangladeshi traditional Muslin cloth and also the way women used to carry that cloth.
N.B.: The lady probably from Mughal era, Dacca.
