Introduction

Hey all
I am Valencia AKA Val, and I am excited to be amid fellow bakers. I run a home based bakery and I want to expand in a year or two. I have been baking alongside my mom since I knew what an oven was. I’ve always enjoyed cooking and watching her techniques. My brother says I’ve taken her skills to the next level. I look forward to all tips and advice from fellow bakers, and wil sahre anythng I can help out with. I will upload some photos asap!!
