Heloo everyone !

Hi, my name is Iwona Sobejko, I am originally from Poland but I live in London since 10 years. From my childhood I was a very creative person, always painting and crafting. When I was little my mum taught me how to bake and she was always telling me, you never know what the future will bring us. I never planned to be a baker but when you have kids you must to be creative. My journey with sugar craft started in 2010 when I decided to make a cake for my son’s first birthday. But I started to seriously think about my own business in 2014 when people started to asking me for cakes. I was surprised but still I wasn’t sure if this is the right way in my life. Now , after 3 years of hard work, many sugar classes, two Cake International competitions and couple of medals I’m sure if I’m addicted to baking.
