Hi, Folks.
I’ve just recently joined this forum and am finding it really helpful and interesting.
I just do cake decorating as a hobby at the moment but am shortly due to retire and am thinking of getting a bit more serious about making a part-time living from selling cakes, although I guess I still have a lot to learn.
I’m particularly interested in making gum paste floral arrangements and find the work of Alan Dunn and James Roselle very inspiring.
Would like to hear from any forum members with similar interests and aspirations, particularly from my part of the world which is Burbage, Leicestershire, UK.
