I found this fondant recipe and would like to give it a try. Is whole milk and full cream milk the same? Also how should this recipe be stored?

yes whole milk is full cream milk. As far as storage, it can be kept at room temperature for up to 1 month. Wrap in oil coated plastic wrap; wrap again, and then place in an air tight container such as a zipper bag or plastic tub. It can be frozen.
