Cajun Cake Expo

I love that we are having a cake show at the end of the year, it will make a nice change. So I hope you all will come join us for the Cajun Cake Expo in Lafayette on October 22-24th.

Such a great theme, Myths and Fairytales so it should make for some fabulous competition pieces and if you have never competed yet this would be a great show to do it at. You all know I think everyone should compete if they can it really helps to bring you out of your comfort zone.

And oh my you should see the line up of classes they are totally amazing with so many wonderful instructors with everything from string work to sculpted cakes. I will be teaching 2 classes myself and I woudl love nothing more than having you in my class but just getting to meet you at the show would be lovely also!
