Hello , I’ve tried to bake different types of red velvet cake recipes but always unable to stay red alive.
The other day I remembered to try to use a drink. GOOSEBERRY! :D
I used gooseberry and added 2 coffe spoons of red coloring.
It was awsome! It tasted good and it was red alive!!
I was so happy!!!

I use canned beet juice and cooked beets. Beets make the cake moist, juice plus cocoa powder, makes the batter a nice dark red.

But i didn’t want a dark red but an alive red ;)
