Oh that is unfortunate.
Sadly, once a cake is delivered or collected it’s easy for anyone to claim they made it, including posting social media pictures.
Personally, I wouldn’t do business with that person again.

Heaven in paper cups!

Thanks ms.Angel…yeah i think i will do that..for just small profit, he removed my right in what i did after all the hard work…relieved..thanks again..

You absolutely have the right to say it’s your own work … BECAUSE IT IS ! He sounds like a very underhand character and I very much hope he hasn’t bullied you into believing what he says ! He’s deceiving his own customers too ! Like Angel, I would say steer well clear !! x

Hi Susana
It’s your work and you have every right to call it yours. In my opinion it’s actually fraudulent for somebody else to claim they made it when they did not. Just because this person buys something from you doesn’t mean they can claim it as their work.
It sounds very underhand to me, as Lou says I hope you haven’t been bullied! My advice is also to steer clear xx

You have the right to post pictures. You also have the right to tape your business card on the cake board under the cake so that when they cut it they see your business name right there so they know you made the cake.

On the other hand, if the guy who’s saying he’ll tell people he made the cakes is going to bring a lot of business to you, you might want to make some kind of business arrangement with him. People sell cakes wholesale to restaurants all the time, so it might be worth more to your business to sell to him. Does he have a cake business or a restaurant or what?
