Anyone Have a Gravity-Defying Cake Tutorial!?
I would love to try one, but I have no idea where to even start!

I’ve only done one gravity defying cake, with two more in the pipeline in a few months. It was a personal learning curve for the one I did (so no tutorial I’m afraid) and does require drawings and careful design for internal construction.
