Need help finding a certain cutter

Just wondering if anyone can please help? I need to re create this cake and was wondering if there was a cutter for the couple or if its hand cut?
I have seen it on many different cakes and they are always perfect, hence why I thought it was a cutter.
Thank you in advance

I had a hard time finding a cutter that looks just like the one on the cake but I did find these:

Your best bet would be to use a cricut cutter or when all else fails just hand cut it using a very sharp exacto knife

could it be a cricut pattern or one that they used a cricut machine to make one for?

It’s a cookie cutter with the little hearts cut off that they hold behind their backs. Here’s the link:

My guess is this was hand cut, the picture printed to size to make template, then cut in fondant or chocolate. If you find the cutter, please do share.

It looks hand cut. I would only consider a cutter if you are going to use it more than once.
Other option would be to have it printed 3D with PLA. I would consider this if you really want to have an exact copy of this silouette – bigger or smaller. Down-side: plastic is more cumbersome to handle, cuts not as sharp as metal (obviously) and has a shortler lifetime as metal.

Hello. That couple is a cricut cutter pattern.
