Whats the most expensive bit of equipment you've ever bought for your cakes ?

A Kitchen Aid, edible printer and a Dinky Doodle Airbrush are on the “Wish List”, but not in the current budget!

So far my Kenwood Major… But my studio lights weren’t cheap either :)

Oh, I don’t feel so bad about my £60 kingpin rolling pin now! ;-)

No I don’t feel so bad about my £80 wedding cake stand either. But on the list and hopefully to be ordered soon, is a new mixer, and for Christmas on my list is an airbrush along with various other gadgets.

I forgot I paid out £250 for a heavy duty pop up gazebo, as I sell cakes at 2 markets every week.

My Kenwood chef – followed by my Agbay – I wouldn’t be without either.
