My adventure starts a little ’by chance: the encounter with the sugar paste was like a stroke of lightning that unites the two lovers forever, in spite of all the past and despite the difficulties that may arise along the way.
Commitment and passion soon joined a professional sprung from a cake design internship in London and pastry schools in Sicily.
The result?
Proceeds paste cakes sugar paste (but not only …) and outside recall an English style, simple but with a touch of originality; The taste, however, remains faithful to our tradition pastry: with sponge cake, softened with wet, and creams made ​​with recipes taste everything “Italian”.
The possible combinations are endless and the space given to creativity is immense.
