The modeling chocolate was run through a pasta machine first. I used a wilton ribbon roller with a scalloped edge and cut all the pieces the same length and width then just attached all the pieces one by one overlapping. I then used a bronze luster dust with lemon extract and painted the scallop edge of each piece. It is easy to do :)
