I have always enjoyed baking and over the years have mainly made decorated cakes for family birthdays and Christmas. It is only in the last few years that I have really thrown myself into it and as everyone on here knows it becomes an obsession!

I am completly self taught in cake decorating although I do have an artistic background and studied art at Central Saint Martins.

I design and make cakes purely for the pleasure of it and not for sale (well, very rarely). About two years ago I was lucky enough to be invited to teach at Fair Cake in London and I have done so ever since and I really love it.

It is lovely to be part of such a warm and creative community and thank you to everyone for the wonderful and encouraging comments on my cakes. xx
