I have made this cake yesterday at the “Green Fairy” airbrush workshop by Kim Wiltjer (The Netherlands). Kim is an amazing teacher and I have learned a lot. We used the airbrush technique to create the effect of light on the cake. I think that we succeeded. Thank you for looking!
