A seemingly straight forward cake but noooooo, trying to cover in 26’C heat, nightmare!!! Now I understand why our friends in the US and Oz have air conditioning in their homes.
Luckily the cake was for my little brother so he didn’t mind the odd crease or wrinkle (hidden on the rear).
