This was my contribution to the Royal Ascot Hats and Fashion Collaboration. Inspiration taken from a Hat and Outfit designed by Lucia Silver of http://www.stateofgrace.com/

I used Cake Lace for the lace part or the skirt (mixed some white and gun metal together to get the grey effect)

Thoroughly enjoyed being part of this amazing collaboration, big thanks to Louise for having me and for doing such a wonderful job
