I call my piece “Liberty raising peace” because I really feel only respecting each other’s liberty to make their choices in life, without imposition, is the only way to peace. So I hope someday everyone understands that every color has a sense and all together are just light. May that light guide us? I hope so.

My cake is decorated with modelling chocolate, Satin Ice fondant and wafer paper. Handpainted and airbrushed. I hope you like it!

The urge of organising this collaboration came to Bouchra Lyna after the terrible terrorist attacks in Paris on 13th November 2015. A date we will never forget. And as in the latest years many attacks happened in several cities, we wanted to spread a message of peace, solidarity and anti-violence by making a sugar creation to bring more sweetness in this mad world.80 cake decorators around the world came together for this beautiful cause of peace.
