CPC Christmas Collaboration Julenisse

This is the first cake I have made which sits clear of the board. It is a ginger cake polar bear with a rkt Norwegian christmas elf/gnome called a nisse sat astride. It is also my first time using rkt, and my first ever collaboration piece!
