I made this cake for the most lovely bride. She wanted a pink cake to match her bridesmaids dresses.

The Design was inspired by Zoe Clark who kindly gave me permission to use and change the original design. We added a middle tier and the sugar old English rose to match the flowers in the brides bouquet.

The bottom 10" tier was false, the 8" tier was fruit cake, the 6" tier vanilla and raspberry and the 4" tier was lemon sponge. I am told that every single piece of cake was eaten at the wedding, which is amazing given that there were only 25 guests! At least they enjoyed it. Hope you like it to. Sam x
